Age Restricted Goods
We do not supply any age restricted products and understand it is a serious offence and against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. If you purchase age-restricted products, you will be prompted to confirm that you are over 18 at the checkout before the product or goods are processed for dispatched and delivery. Parcels with age-restricted goods must be signed for by someone over 18 (ID may be requested) and cannot be left if there is no-one there to receive them.
Product Availability
Should we be unable to supply an item to you, we cannot be held legally responsible to you. However, we will provide you with a substitute product where appropriate unless you choose not to accept this service.

Should we have any trouble with fulfilling any part of your order we will make sensible substitutions if possible. We will try to substitute the missing item with a similar product, or with other items that you have already ordered.
In cases where no obvious substitution is available, we will contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed. Eniola Enterprise cannot be held legally responsible for any delays in dispatching the order caused by difficulties in obtaining confirmation from you. If we have substituted a product in your basket for one with a differing value, you will be charged the lesser of the two prices.
If we are unable to substitute an item for you, it will be removed from your order and the cost will be deducted. Your order may be changed up until the point of dispatch. If you need to contact us about changing your order, you should ideally do so before it is dispatched. Any changes to your order made after dispatch will need to go through our returns process. Whilst we will always to do our best to fulfill all items in an order, there may be times we are unable to supply orders in which a large quantity of a given item has been selected. In this case, we will aim to deliver as many of such a product as can be deemed reasonable and you will only be charged for as many as get delivered.
Environmentally Friendly
We are environmentally friendly and aims to reduce our environmental impact by using bio-degradable packing beads and when available, by recycling empty cardboard boxes and packing materials generated by the supermarket.
Acceptance of Orders
A purchase contract for us to supply you with products is only created when the order is placed, paid and dispatched to your desired address. We reserve the right to refuse any orders without reason up until the point at which it is dispatched.
